Playwrights Project
This nonprofit organization offers programs that help young people learn creativity and communication through playwriting and theater productions.
They offer playwriting programs through local schools and other groups. They have an annual contest for young playwrights and put on script readings or full productions of some of the entries.
Playwriting classes and camps are offered for young artists. Actors can audition to perform in their productions.
